If you have forgotten your MyView Password, please use the following steps to reset this automatically without the need for any manual intervention:
- Launch the MyView application by using the following link https://hrweb.cromwell-tools.co.uk/dashboard/dashboard-ui/index.html#/landing
- Select the "Forgotten your Password" link which is just below the green Sign In box
- Enter your 5 digit Employee Number and confirm the Reset request
- Check your Inbox for an email from [email protected] which will contain a link (please remember to check your Junk/Spam folder)
- Click ONCE on the link in the email, ie. do NOT double-click and this will launch the MyView 'change your password' screen
- Enter your 5 digit Employee Number and create a new password for your MyView access which will need to be entered twice
