If you have submitted your new starter offer details now is a great time to start preparing to ensure a great onboarding experience is provided. The below will help provide you with more information on how this can be achieved

 

  1. Completion of Sterling = Confirmation of start date 

Employment cannot commence until this mandatory requirement has been concluded. So to prevent delays you can contact your new starter and encourage completion of the online Sterling link. It takes less than 10minutes to complete. 


  1. Prepare

  1. Inform IT 

If not already done so, contact IT Fresh Service to start the ball rolling with Log in details & IT equipment if required. The employee number can be located on the top left hand side within the offer letter.

  1. Company Vehicle

For new starters who will receive a Company Vehicle, please also notify [email protected] along with their driving licence check code and confirmed start date.
