To begin the process of recruiting and issuing an internal offer, the following will be required:

 

1.     Authority to Recruit (ATR

  • This will need to be processed via eArcu. Please contact your Talent Acquisition Partner who will be able to support you through this. 
  • You will need to ensure you have the correct authorisation to recruit prior to moving onto to the below points.


Once you have successfully made an internal offer the following will be required 


2.    Completed Amended Document 

  • Your Talent Acquisition Partner will guide you through this part


3.    Payroll Processing Dates

  • To prevent any delays please ensure documents are provided to your Talent Acquisition Partner prior to Payroll cut off .
