To begin the process of recruiting and issuing an Offer, the following will be required:

 

1.     Authority to Recruit (ATR

  • This will need to be processed via eArcu. Please contact your Talent Acquisition Partner who will be able to support you through this. 
  • You will need to ensure you have the correct authorisation to recruit prior to moving onto to the below points.


Once you have successfully made an offer the following will be required 


2.     Completed Offer Request Checklist  

3.     Verified Right to work check 

  • Please follow the guidelines provided within the Offer Checklist above to ensure you verify document(s)in line with UK legislation.
